This curriculum provides the first two years of a four-year program in art
at a professional art school or at a college of fine arts at one of the state’s
public universities. Upon completion of one of these degrees at EAC, you will
be able to transfer into a four-year college or university program. Since program
requirements differ between universities, the official
transfer guide of the school which you plan to attend upon leaving EAC should
be consulted in order to adjust this program to your personal needs. If you
plan to terminate formal education after attending EAC and seek employment immediately
upon graduation, the EAC Advertising Design curriculum may be a better choice
than these degrees. You are advised to take one or more art courses before making
serious plans for a career in art.
