Society now recognizes the value of a technical education. Technicians are
well-paid, highly respected members of the community, and they are meeting a
demand for people who know how to get things done.
Eastern offers many advantages to those who want to learn the skills needed
in our society. You come into a program where you work with instructors who
have extensive industrial experience, as well as advanced technical degrees.
The classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention. The equipment
and tools used in training are of identical quality as the tools found everyday
in industry. In fact, our programs are supported by industrial advisory committees
who confirm what our students will need to know when they graduate.
At Eastern, we also understand that it takes more than hand skills to build
a career. The ability to communicate well is equally important in getting the
job you really want, and moving ahead.
You can gain these vital hand and communication skills here. You can grow and
enjoy your education at the same time with Eastern's comprehensive program of
learning and activities.
This is how we prepare you for work that is interesting, challenging and financially
rewarding.
Eastern's Automotive Technology program provides skill-based training for entry
into the automotive service field.
Our program has small classes and a large shop with more than ten service bays.
