Above are links to several forms that will need to be completed and returned
to the athletic department. These forms are necessary for you to
participate in intercollegiate athletics at Eastern Arizona College.
In order to participate, official high school and college transcripts must
be received. If you are a new student to EAC, please contact your high school
and have official transcripts sent directly to EAC. If you have attended any
other college, or taken any college classes, contact that college and have
official transcripts sent directly to EAC.
