Many students find their questions answered on the EacStudentNet
or WebCT Frequently Asked
Questions pages. Please check the appropriate FAQ first.
If you can’t find your answer in the FAQ, please
use the resources listed below. You will not be able
to connect to a “live” person, but these resources
are monitored and response time is 24-48 hours during the
work week. Weekends
are not monitored, and will be addressed
the following work week.
You will need to include your name, the type of problem
you are having, and a description of the problem
and/or any error messages. You must include a daytime
telephone number and a valid e-mail address where we can
contact you.
