Option 3 - Register Using
Student Information System Terminals
You will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to
be able to register the Student Information System terminals.
The PIN is a security check to guard against unauthorized
access to your records by another individual. Initially the
PIN will consist of the last four digits of your Social Security
or EAC ID number but it can be changed to any number desired
in the range of 1000-9999. Changes can be made using the
Student Information System terminals. Be sure to use only
four numbers -- letters of the alphabet will not work. You
may change your PIN as often as you like.
Computer terminals located on the Thatcher campus in the
lobby of the Student Services Building, the Alumni Library
Media Center and the Wellness allow "serve yourself" registration.
These terminals can be used to register, check to see if
a class is open or closed and see how many seats remain,
add or drop a class, print out your grades, and change your
PIN. You can also change your name, address, phone, marital
status, and disability information in the College's records.
To register using a Student Information System terminal you
need to first establish a student
record at the College.
Step-by-step instructions are provided on screen. Personnel
are on hand to help you, if needed. Look for "Advance
Team" students in the Student Services Building lobby who
will be happy to demonstrate the services the terminals provide.
Option 4 - Register in
Person

Register in person at the Records and Registration Office
