Facilities Rentals

The EAC Discovery Park Campus facilities, including the Circle D Ranch barn, are available for rental to the public, organizations, and for EAC activities.

Examples of Activities that have been conducted at the Discovery Park Campus:

• Receptions
• Reunions
• Meetings
• BBQs
• Birthday Parties

The western theme of the Circle D Ranch House creates an enjoyable atmosphere for meetings and activities for up to 200 people.

Contact the EAC Student Life Office at (928) 428-8354 for information. Eastern Arizona College policy does not allow alcoholic beverages on the premises during any activities.

The fees and conditions are in accordance with EAC official policies.
