Student Satisfaction Survey
Thank you for taking the EAC Student Satisfaction Survey!
Your answers to the survey will help us understand your level
of satisfaction here at EAC and compare it with sister institutions
regionally and nationally. It will also help us to gain insight
into what is working at the College and what is not.
The survey will be available at this site from Monday,
April 21 to Thursday, May 8, 2008 and will take about 10 minutes
to complete. It is not subject or teacher specific. The survey
is conducted by Noel-Levitz, a higher education consulting
firm.
In appreciation for taking this survey, your name will be
entered in a random drawing for one of five 160GB Apple
iPods. We will contact the winners by email, mail, or phone
soon after the survey closes.
To begin, click the link below and enter "EAC" followed
by your student ID number (include the zeros). This is your
password to access the survey. Do not include dashes or hyphens.

After you successfully complete the survey, you will receive
an email confirmation. If you are taking this survey for
extra credit for an EAC class, print out a copy of this email
and take it to your instructor.
