What Username and Password do I use to log into WebCT?
At Eastern Arizona College, you create your own Username and Password for
WebCT, which you can use for any course that uses WebCT. We suggest you follow
the pattern: Firstname.Lastname (i.e., John.Smith or Alicia.Johnson). Using
this convention when choosing a username will help us help you if you ever
forget your login informaion. Remember capitalization is important, the first
letter of the first and last names are both capitalized.

I have forgotten my WebCT Username. What should I do?
If you followed our suggestion when setting up your WebCT account, it will
follow the pattern: Firstname.Lastname (i.e., John.Smith or Alicia.Johnson).
Remember capitalization is important, the first letter of the first and last
names are both capitalized.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you set up a login hint when you created your WebCT ID, click the "Forgot
your Password?" link on the WebCT login page. You will be asked the login
hint question and if you answer correctly, your password will be reset and
mailed to the external email address you entered at the time that the login
hint was set up. If you never set up a login hint question, you will need to
contact your instructor and request that your WebCT password by reset. When
you do get into WebCT, click the "Password settings" button in myWebCT
and enter a login hint and valid email address.

How do I change my password?
Log into your WebCT account. Once you're at the MyWebCT page (the one that
lists all your classes), you will see a row of buttons near the top of the
page. Click on Password Settings. In the appropriate boxes, enter your old
password, your new password, and then confirm your new password (type it in
again, exactly the same way). Click Update Password.
