How do I know if my web browser is supported for use with WebCT?
Older web browser versions are not supported for use with WebCT. They may
get you into the course but not run all of the course's functions including
taking quizzes and turning in assignments. To determine your web browser version
and prepare your browser settings for use with WebCT, visit the Browser
Tune-up page and follow the posted instructions. Cookies and popups must also be enabled
to use all aspects of your course. Visit the Browser
Tune-up page for instructions
on enabling cookies in your specific browser version.

Why can't I view my course mail, quiz windows, or discussion
messages?
There may be pop-up killing or ad-blocking software on your system. Some
browsers, as well as stand alone pop-up killer applications work in the background
while you browse the Internet. When they detect a pop-up window that may be
an unwanted advertisement, they automatically close the window. This can prevent
WebCT from performing properly. You will need to see your software manufacturer's
instructions for disabling these applications or specifically allowing eac.edu
to bypass them in order to access your WebCT course.
