Located in the northwest corner of the Gherald L. Hoopes Jr. Activities Center, Gila Hank’s Cafe serves delicious made-to-order meals fresh from the grill, and classic cafeteria-style options from its homestyle line.

Any student, faculty, staff, or guests of the college may purchase food and beverages with cash, credit card, or debit card.

Gila Hank’s Cafe offers a large selection of made-to-order menu items and traditional cafeteria dining, including a weekly rotation of meals from Hank’s Great Southwest and Big Island menus, to the Spudtacular Potato Bar.

 

À la carte All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to order à la carte from the Gila Hank’s Cafe menu. From deli sandwiches and salads to enchilada fries and tacos, this menu offers a variety of options to feed hungry minds.
Meal Plans: All students living on campus must purchase a meal plan that adds value, flexibility, and convenience to their dining and campus experience.

 

Meal plan options include:
    • Plan A – $4,200
    • Plan B – $2,000
    • Plan C – $500

Monster Meal Cards Monster Meal Cards conveniently monitor and ensure funds are being spent on meals. Cards can be purchased at Gila Hank’s Cafe or the Fiscal Control Office. Funds can be added to the card by using the QR Code on the back.

Food Service Refunds

Students who completely withdraw from EAC and cancel their food service prior to the last Friday in October for the Fall semester or the last Friday in March for the Spring semester, will be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the initial meal plan purchase.  If the initial meal plan value is used and additional funds are added to the meal card, these funds are not eligible for refund.
