2016-2017 Academic Year Plans
In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2016-2017 academic year.
All students living on-campus are required to purchase a meal plan. Meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on weekends for a total of 19 meals per week.

Brown Bag Lunch Request
Dining Services offers meals to go for students with a meal plan that are unable to eat during regularly scheduled mealtimes. To begin receiving this service, you must order in person at the cafeteria by speaking with a supervisor. Ask for Rick Rickman or a supervisor. All orders must be picked up at the back door across from Mark Allen Hall. You must be on a meal plan. No cash, checks or credit cards accepted. All Brown Bag orders MUST be made in person. Orders must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance, and this service is only available on weekdays.
Failure to collect your meal more than twice will result in you becoming ineligble for the service for the remainder of the semester.

Dining PoliciesOne of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:
- Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining and leave your table clean.
- Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area
- Remember that meal cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

Sodexo Catering at Eastern Arizona College offers a full range of catering services. From a simple coffee setup to large banquets and receptions, our professional catering staff welcome the opportunity to assist you in planning your special event.
If you have a good idea of what you would like to book, please be ready to give us some preliminary information such as the date, day and time of your event, your group name and contact person with phone number, address, and e-mail, the type of service desired, with room location and number in party, and any menu ideas. All events to be held on the campus also need to be coordinated with the Student Life Office, located in the Gherald L. Hoopes Jr. Activities Center on North Stadium Avenue, Thatcher, AZ, 85552. Students wishing to work in a work-study position need to have completed their FAFSA application and have it on file with the College. Only institutional work-study students are eligible for work-study employment in the dining hall. You also must be taking six credit-hours or more.
