Use this form to confirm your Residence Hall Reservation for a hall space in Eastern Arizona College's Campus Housing. Prior to confirming, you must have submitted a Residence Hall Application, paid the $150 reservation deposit and received a Hall Assignment Letter from the Housing Office. Please complete all portions of the form to ensure confirmation. By submitting this form, you agree that you will be checking into an assigned residence hall during the check-in period for that semester. Room and meal plan payments should be made prior to checking into any residence hall on campus.
