EAC’s SBDC presents Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

Thatcher, AZ—THATCHER, AZ—Eastern Arizona College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is once again offering the workshop Delivering Exceptional Customer Service, on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, from 2-3 p.m., in the EAC High Tech Center, Room #124.

Presented by EAC SBDC Director Kevin Peck, this workshop will cover everything employees need to know to provide outstanding customer service. Also included in the workshop will be training on the facts about customer service, who customers are and what they want, and top reasons for customer complaints and how to resolve them, as well as four steps to exceptional service.

There will be a $20 registration fee per person for this workshop, and group discounts are available.
