EAC’s SBDC seminar “Start Up Smart: Taking the Right Steps to Start Your Own Business”

Thatcher, AZ— Eastern Arizona College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offer the free seminar “Start Up Smart: Taking the right steps to start your own business” on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 6-8 p.m., in the EAC High Tech Center, Room #124.
The class will cover all the ins and outs of business to help entrepreneurs maximize their success. Kevin Peck, Director of the SBDC will present the fundamentals of operation including what to think about ahead of time, how to prevent a business from failing, the basics of starting a business, and necessary resources to help small businesses start, grow, and prosper.
“As the old saying goes: ‘If you fail to plan, you plan to fail,’” says Charmaine Chidester, business counselor. “Many small businesses start out with very little planning foresight. Whether you have already started a business or are just thinking about it, this free class will give you important information.”
