Discovery Park Campus modifies operating hours of the Gov Aker Observatory

THATCHER, AZ—In order to accommodate the Discovery Park Campus’ acquisition of the Adult Basic Education, formerly located at the Safford City Library, the Gov Aker Observatory has modified its operating hours. Effective immediately, the facility will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 to 9:30 p.m.
