EAC’s SBDC presents “Delivering Exceptional Customer Service”

Thatcher, AZ—Eastern Arizona College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering a new workshop entitled, Delivering Exceptional Customer Service, on Thursday, February 9, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the EAC Academic Programs Building, Room #109.
Taught by EAC SBDC Director Kevin Peck, this workshop will cover everything employees need to know to provide outstanding customer service. Also included in the workshop will be training on the facts about customer service, who customers are and what they want, and top reasons for customer complaints and how to resolve them, as well as four steps to exceptional service.
“There is a 91% chance that an unhappy customer will not buy from you again,” explains Peck. “We will teach you and your employees how to interact with customers and resolve issues so you can maintain happy customers and keep them coming back to your business for years to come.”
