EAC Graphic Design students hold art show at Safeway

Thatcher, AZ—Eastern Arizona College’s Art Department invites you to view its Spring 2012 Art Show now hanging near the Starbucks Kiosk at Safeway in Thatcher. The free exhibit opened last week and will be available for viewing throughout this semester.
The work in this exhibition was created by students enrolled in the EAC’s Graphic Design program under the direction of instructor Tom Cicchelli, using computers, scanners, digital cameras, and digital inkjet printers.
EAC’s Graphic Design program offers an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design and provides students with the skills needed to start a career.
“When graphic design majors complete EAC’s program,” says Chicchelli, “they are prepared to enter the work force as entry level designers or production artists. No matter what direction a student may want to pursue in graphic design: layout artist, brand identity design, logo design, photo editing, Photoshop artist, web design, or production artist, this program prepares them with the skills they will need.”
