Discovery Park Campus lecture series eBay Insider Secrets!
By Lexi Lee
Thatcher, AZ— Eastern Arizona College’s Discovery Park Campus Lecture Series welcomes back Don Lancaster, with his presentation of eBay Insider Secrets, on Saturday, May 5, 2012, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., at EAC’s Discovery Park Campus.
Founded in 1995, eBay is a multi-national internet online auction and shopping website in which people and businesses buy and sell a broad variety of goods and services worldwide. As one of the notable success stories of the dot-com bubble, eBay is now a multi-billion dollar business with operations localized in over thirty countries.
In his presentation, Lancaster will specifically target the key insider secrets to success in both eBay buying and selling that he has mastered over the years. The presentation will include detailed explanations of eBay buying success through understanding “proxy bidding” and placing your highest and only bid exactly once, very late in the auction. It will also describe the keys to eBay selling success, including becoming an expert in the unique items that you are offering, maximizing your personal value added, and in seeking exceptional “SBR” or “sell/buy ratios” of 30:1 or higher.
“If you’re an eBay regular, or have even thought about buying a hard to find item or sell that one-of-a-kind treasure you found in the garage, this is your chance to learn the secrets from an expert at the game,” says Paul Anger, director of EAC’s Discovery Park. “Come and enjoy Don’s entertaining approach to serious opportunities.”
