EAC offering ESL using Rosetta Stone

Thatcher, AZ—Eastern Arizona College?s Languages Department is offering a new English as a Second Language (ESL) course this semester as an open entry/open exit developmental language class that can be taken as a one credit (section #9028), two credit (section #9031), or three credit (section #9061) course. In this class, students are able to begin and end whenever they?d like within the semester and can be completed any time through the end of the semester.
?The course emphasizes listening comprehension, sentence structure, vocabulary and pronunciation,? says instructor for the course, Tonka Curtis. ?Each of these will be learned through the use of the Rosetta Stone Software.?
