Continuous Improvement at EAC

Eastern Arizona College is dedicated to continuous process improvement and has infused continuous improvement practices and principles into the culture and infrastructure of the institution. EAC’s continuous improvement initiatives are governed by a standing committee that is broadly represented by all EAC employee groups. The major continuous improvement initiatives, Action Projects, are documented and monitored.
