About the Awards

The Ideal Team Player Award

The Ideal Team Player Award is given to a faculty member–Full-time or Adjunct–who embodies hungry, humble, and smart. The Deans will nominate faculty members with input from the Division Chairs.

Two faculty will be selected at the end of each fall and spring semester.

The Ideal Team Player Award is awarded to a Full-time staff member who embodies hungry, humble, and smart. Individuals are nominated by fellow faculty and staff members.

Two Full-time staff will be selected each fall and spring semester from Thatcher campus.

The Ideal Team Player Award is awarded to a Part-time staff member who embodies hungry, humble, and smart. Individuals are nominated by fellow faculty and staff members.

The Ideal Team Player Award is awarded to an EAC employee who embodies hungry, humble, and smart.

  • Globe and Payson campuses will select one faculty member each to be recognized at the end of the spring semester.
    • Campus Deans will nominate faculty members with input from the Division Chairs.
  • Globe and Payson campuses will select one Full- or Part-time staff member each to be recognized at the end of the spring semester.
    • Individuals are nominated by fellow faculty and staff members.

Changing Lives Award

The Changing Lives Award is presented to an EAC employee on each campus who made a difference in a student’s life. The employee is nominated by a student and selected by the EAC Employee Recognition Committee. One award will be given per campus for a total of three awards per year..
